Summer Mailing

Meeting Questions
Filed under: HS Band;No CommentsI found answers to the questions asked at the meeting but I was not able to answer.
1) If I have more than one member of my family will they show up under one account?
Yes. First register the main member of the trip from your family then you will be able to add another easily to view under the same log-in.
2) How will fundraising payments affect an account?
Fundraising will go toward the next payment after deposit. Fundraising payments will be made by the music department 2 weeks before the due date of the first payment after the deposit. Any additional fundraising or donations will be mailed 2 weeks before the remaining other payments are due.
3) How ridge is the payment schedule?
Payments will automatically withdraw from the credit card/debit card on file. You may add up to 5 different credit/debit cards to take payments from. Any payments made by check through the music department must be made 2 weeks before the due date to ensure that they will post before the payment date. This payment will be made along with any fundraising payments.
If you wish to register now you are welcome to do so. Payment of the $100 deposit will not be deducted from your credit/debit card until Aug 8 and after the travel company has talked to me about who we have regestered and final arangements made.
If you have any questions please let me know and I will answer them to the best of my ability or find out as soon as I can from our travel representatives.

Final 2012 Spring Trip meeting this year

On the last day of school the high school band and choir students are invited to attend our annual trip to LaserX and Buffolo Wild Wings in Fort Wayne. Students attending will be asked to stay after school that day, meet in the music room and leave at 12:45. All students must find their own ride to LaserX with either an upperclass student or make other arrangements. Students attending this trip will need to bring Mr. Lucas $12 each for each person to cover their cost of 2 games of laser tag. Students will also need to bring their own money for dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings.
